1: In a mixing bowl, combine the pork shoulder with the seasoning mix, water, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. 2: Leave to marinate overnight in the fridge. 3: The next day, place the marinated meat in your air fryer and cook at 400F for 10 minutes. 4: Flip the meat and cook again at 400F for another 10 minutes. 5: Rest, slice, then serve.View original recipe
